The location was excellent it was near to a subway station. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to everyone. The breakfast had a good selection and was quite tasty as well.

The room was decorated in dull colors it felt quite dingy. There was not enough space for my suitcase I had to climb over it. The bed mattress was sagging on one side I did not sleep well.

i enjoyes the central location. it was near spots and the subway, so it was easy traveling. they included complimentary snacks, and the lobby bar were lively. the bed was super comfy.

the reception area were not very exciting. the bedroom dont had hooks for coats and no rack for lugguage. i am waiting on a quote for my nightdress to be forwarded, that i leaved in the room.

the location was quite convenient with easy access to transportation.

The room i initially received (i stayed for 3 nights) was far from satisfactory. It was smaller than expected. the minibar was not properly stocked on arrival, (which was annoying) and i had to call several times to get it replenished. plus, i found the staff a bit indifferent. I seemed like a number, not a guest.

The location offered easy access to hyde park.. i walked to many mayfair and piccadilly sites easily. shepherds market's pubs were close. Kitty fisher's provided an excellent meal. complimentary snacks in the minibar provided a nice touch. the rooms had good amenities.

My room was a bit small. Fitting luggage proved tricky. the window was also quite little. the air conditioning failed on the final night, and the room became stuffy. it was not very comfortable.

Amazing Stay!

The bed was super comfy! The doormen were friendly and always ready to assist. Complimentary snacks were a good touch and the lobby bar had such a lively atmosphere. I really enjoyed my time there. I appreciated that the hotel is very central, so getting to the tube and other attractions was quick and easy!

The minibar didn't cool well! I requested a change, but it wasn't possible. the staff offered a room change, but I declined.

the hotel location was very central.

the staff attitude was unpleasant from some front desk personnels and some days i was not greeted as i walked into the hotel. the staff member at the door asked me how my flight was and told me i can take my own suitcases to my room after hearing how long and tedious my flight was.
